All sales are final.

Exchanges or returns are possible up to seven days with original receipt for store credit

Defective new instruments can be replaced or refunded.



Refunds are only possible on defective new instruments and instruments bought "sight unseen" and returned under the 48 hour approval period



Instruments that are shipped to a purchaser carry a 48 hour approval period.  Under this option, the purchaser must notify us within 48 hours of their intention to return the instrument and ship the instrument within 24 hours.  Refunds are in the form of a check.  

A 3% restocking fee will deducted from refunds on credit card sales to cover card processing fees.  Many customers choose to send a cashier's check or money order to avoid this fee.

All shipping fees will also be deducted from refund amount, including shipping fees that were included in the original sale for free
