We are pleased to announce that John Allison is now our instrument
repair technician. John is a professional luthier with many years of experience working
with and building instruments. He had a long tenure at Collings doing
sunburst and speciality finishing. He builds his
own incredible line of Allison guitars. John will be assisted by his
son Jared.
Most minor set-ups and repairs will be done here on
site, while major repairs will be done off site at John's
workshop. We are honored to have a
luthier with such skill, experience, and talent joining Fiddler's Green.

Prices based on $60 per hour rate (1/2 hour minimum)

Off-site minimum $35
Basic set-up (truss rod adjustment, check nut slots, check saddle, intonation, clean) $40
Fret level / Set-up (mill, polish and dress frets, set-up) $80

Unbound $200 - 250
Bound $250 - 300
Partial Refret $10 per fret
Install bone nut $50
Install bone saddle $50
Tuner install $30 and up
Pickup install (hourly)

Bridge reglue $50 - 100
New bridge $100 - 200
Brace reglue $20 per brace
Headstock break (hourly)
Top crack, back crack $15 per cleat
