Return Policy
All sales are final.
New instruments may be returned within 7 days with a receipt for in-store-credit. Instruments must be in original condition. The instrument will be inspected by our staff and any damages will be subtracted from the credit amount. Books, accessories, and mouth-blown instruments may not be returned.
Defective new instruments will be replaced or repaired to the customer's satisfaction. Defective new instruments must be brought in to us within 7 days of purchase. If an instrument cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund will be given. This policy does not extend to "Vintage", used instruments, or consignment instruments, all of which are considered sold "as-is".
Instruments shipped to a customer have a 48 hour approval period. To qualify for a refund the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the instrument. Shipping costs both ways will be paid by the customer. The instrument musty be in original condition. The instrument will be inspected by our staff and any damages will be subtracted from the refunded amount. A 5% restocking fee will also be subtracted from the refunded amount to help cover credit card charges. Refunds will be made in the form of a check.
