Pava Player A5 Sunburst

Brand new, spectacular Pava A5 just in from our good friends down the road at the Ellis/Pava workshop. Beautiful and powerful tone with just the right mix of nuance and complexity to contrast the cutting power. There is a nice richness behind each note all over the fretboard and the power is balanced across the tonal spectrum as well as up and down the neck. This is a mandolin that will stand out in any ensemble of instruments but will also offer beautiful subtle tones when played in a quieter setting. A truly professional level mandolin in every way.

Adirondack spruce top, Red maple back/sides/neck, gloss lacquer finish, ebony fretboard with pearl dot position markers, Ellis made "full contact" ebony adjustable bridge, bone nut, Gotoh tuners, pearl headstock logo, bound top and back, James tailpiece, adjustable truss rod, 1-1/8" nut width, radiused fretboard. Comes with a fiberglass Superior brand case.
